At FamilyBirthstones.com, we take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping policy below:

For each piece of jewelry that is custom-made to your specifications, please note that there is a creation period before your item is ready to ship.

• Custom Orders: Please allow an estimated 1 to 2 weeks for your custom jewelry to be handcrafted. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your design and current order volume. All custom and personalized orders are made to order and shipped upon completion. 
• Standard Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.

FamilyBirthstoens.com only sells domestically within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. 

All orders over $50 ship for free. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
