❖ What materials are your jewelry made from?

Our fine jewelry is made from solid 14K gold and genuine .925 sterling silver. Each piece is carefully set with either natural or lab-grown genuine birthstones. Whether you're shopping for a meaningful gift or a personal keepsake, you can trust that every item is made with care, precision, and attention to detail.

Because we start processing orders quickly (especially customized pieces), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

❖ When will my order ship?

Good things take time - please allow 1 0 - 14 business days for production. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your design and current order volume. All custom and personalized orders are made to order and shipped upon completion.

❖ Do you offer international shipping?

We truly appreciate your interest in our jewelry from around the world! However, at this time, we only ship within the United States. We're a family-run business and are currently focused on serving our U.S. customers with the best possible experience.

❖ How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery. If you're having trouble contact us anytime and we’ll be happy to help you track it down.

❖ How much does shipping cost?

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders! Whether you're purchasing a small personalized gift or a one-of-a-kind heirloom piece, shipping is on us.

Returns & Exchanges

❖ How do I initiate a return or exchange?

All personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they’re made just for you.

For eligible non-customized items, we offer a 7-day return window from the delivery date. To start a return, simply contact our customer service team and we’ll guide you through the process.

❖ How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item please allow 7–10 business days for us to process your refund. We carefully inspect all returns to ensure they are in their original condition before issuing any refunds.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
