Return and Refund Policy

Personalized, engraved and customized items are final sale and can't be returned. We have a 7-day return policy on non customized items, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@familybirthstones.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of custom or personalized items cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If it is approved, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5 - 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
